What was a dream for many young peo­p­le in Eilen­burg 25 years ago was final­ly rea­li­sed in 2018 by the Eilen­burg branch of the Ger­man Red Cross (DRK). Thanks to num­e­rous sup­port­ers and fun­ding, a hub for BMX, skate­board and inline-ska­ting enthu­si­asts was crea­ted on the site of the for­mer bar­racks. We made a dona­ti­on, too, to the dis­trict branch to help fund the con­s­truc­tion of a new con­cre­te struc­tu­re.
